30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@posturafy.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@posturafy.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
