We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum order required.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package on our Track Your Order page.

Orders are processed MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
π Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Returns & Refund Policy

- Item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
- Original packaging must be included where possible

- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

π How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@posturastore.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
π³ Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5β7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
π Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@posturastore.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
