Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank (typically 3-7 additional days).

Is the POSTURA Brace safe to wear every day?

Yes. POSTURA is designed for daily use and is safe for most adults. We recommend starting with 1-2 hours per day and gradually increasing to 4-6 hours as your muscles adapt. If you have a pre-existing spinal condition or are pregnant, please consult your physician before use.

How long until I see results with the Postura Brace?

What warranty do products come with?

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo at support@posturastore.com and we will send a replacement immediately — no return required.
